What are your hours of operation?

Our business hours are Monday thru Friday 9 am – 4 pm (Pacific Standard Time).

What payment methods to you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept personal checks, money orders and bank wire transfers in U.S. dollars. Click here for more information.

Do you have a catalog?

Unfortunately, we no longer have a print catalog. As we are continuously adding new products and establishing new relationships with manufacturers, is it simply impossible to maintain a print catalog that accurately represents the wide variety of products we carry.

Why can’t I order products on your website?

We have access to thousands of products from over 100 different manufacturers. As manufacturers are constantly adding new products or adjusting product specifications and options, it would be very time consuming and costly to maintain accurate product-specific information on our website. We provide links to the manufacturer’s website so you can browse their complete product lines and then let us know the specific products you are looking for.

Offering traditional phone or fax ordering helps keep our operating costs down and therefore our product pricing as low as possible. Also, we believe in real time, personable customer service so we can ensure you are receiving the products you need at prices that make sense for your business.

Do you send out samples?

We do not send product samples; however, there are no minimum order requirements and we encourage our customers to order small quantities of items so they can make sure the items meet their needs.

Do you have sales or promotions?

While we do not have sales, we do occasionally offer promotions. When a manufacturer is running a promotion we make every attempt to pass that promotion onto our customers. Click here to view our current promotions.

How can I place an order?

Is my order subject to sales tax?

There is no sales tax for items purchased through ERAC International unless the provider resides in the state of Washington. Providers located in Washington will need to provide ERAC International with a copy of their Washington State Department of Revenue Reseller Permit in order to avoid sales tax charges.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Many of our authorized dealers reside outside of the United States. We welcome both national and international dealers. Please note that some manufacturers have restrictions on distributors such as ERAC International selling their products outside of the United States. Our customer service representatives will inform you if any of the products you are interested in fall within those restrictions.

Do you sell your customer’s email address?

No. We respect the privacy of our customers and never sell their information to any third party.
