Return Information

At ERAC International, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase(s). While we strive to help you order the correct products for your needs, we do understand that occasionally you may receive the wrong product or the product may ultimately not meet your needs. In these situations, we are happy to take the item(s) back.

 

The majority of items we sell are returnable; however, there are certain types of equipment that are non-returnable. These items include (but are not limited to):

*items that have been used or that are not in their original packaging

*ultra lightweight wheelchairs, handcycles and sport wheelchairs

*opened urological products

*special order and customized products

*bathroom safety equipment

 

Exceptions regarding the above items would be if the item received was different than the item ordered.

 

If you are unsure whether an item is classified as non-returnable please ask at the time you place your order. Please note that depending upon product manufacturer a restocking fee, which will never exceed 50% of the total cost, may apply to some return items.

 

RETURN PRIOR AUTHORIZATION

If you need to return an item, please contact us at 800-575-8775 or via email at contact@eracinternational.com within 30 days of the date you receive the item to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. The purpose of the RA number is to ensure that your account will be credited properly and/or a refund check mailed to you. We reserve the right to authorize returns after the 30 days.

 

The RA number and return mailing address we provide to you will need to be written on the outside of your return package. The package will need to be mailed back to us within 10 days of receiving your RA number. If a package is sent to ERAC International without an RA number, it will be refused and mailed back to you at your expense. All return packages will be inspected at the time we receive them to ensure the item(s) are unused and in their original packaging.

 

All products must be returned with pre-paid freight and insurance. If the reason for the return was an error by ERAC, you will not be responsible for the return freight cost.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that you believe is defective, please contact us at once by calling 800-575-8775 or by emailing contact@eracinternational.com. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will arrange for the item to be replaced and the defective item returned to us for evaluation.
