Shipping Information

STANDARD SHIPPING

All new dealer accounts must pay for their orders in full before their items(s) ship. All dealers are responsible for paying for the actual freight on their orders. We are able to bill shipping accounts you may have with certain freight carriers. Please let us know when you place your order that you would like the freight charges billed to your company's account and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of processing your order and should arrive to you within 3-5 business days. Shipping times for backed-ordered, custom items and larger/heavier items will be a bit longer. When these items are ordered, we will let you know an approximate date of delivery.

For shipping to non-contiguous United States and territories, we will research shipping costs to find you the most affordable and efficient shipping method. These rates will vary depending on the destination, freight carrier and shipping weight of the package(s).

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

ERAC International offers the choice to expedite the shipping of your package(s). This option is offered at an additional charge. If you would like expedited shipping, please let us know and we provide you a shipping estimate. These shipping rates vary depending on the destination and shipping weight and size of the package(s).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For any order outside of the United States we will research shipping costs to find you the most affordable and efficient shipping method. These rates will vary depending on the destination, freight carrier, and shipping weight of the package(s).

Please note that some manufacturers have restrictions on distributors such as ERAC International selling their products internationally. When you request international shipping our customer service representatives will inform you if any restrictions apply to the products you are requesting.

   

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Most packages shipped by UPS are automatically insured. Items shipped by USPS Priority Mail can be insured at an extra charge. If you wish to insure your package, please contact us and we will be happy to let you know the cost for insurance. In the event a package is lost or damaged when being shipped by USPS Priority mail, ERAC International cannot be held responsible for the replacement value.

 

FREIGHT DAMAGE

Items can sometimes be damaged during shipping. It is important that you inspect your items when they are delivered to you to avoid issues in the event you need to file a freight damage claim with the shipping carrier.

When you receive your item, please take a moment to inspect the carton or packaging. If your carton or packing is obviously damaged, write a detailed description of the damage on the freight bill or the carrier’s registry at the time of delivery.

Make sure to check the contents of your package(s) within 10 days of receipt to avoid issues in the event you need to file a concealed damage claim (when the outside of the package looks fine but the contents are damaged).

In any case of freight damage please contact us at once. We will be happy to help you with a replacement item and with the freight damage claim.
